Mohammad Z. Khaleelullah is an associate focusing his practice on a broad range of U.S. and international taxation, corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and advanced estate planning matters. His experience includes serving as business and personal counsel for his clients in which he advises with sophisticated U.S. and international tax compliance, planning, and controversy and counsels with negotiation, commercial contracts, debt and credit issuances, and other general corporate matters.
Prior to joining the firm he was a senior associate in the International Tax and Transfer Pricing Department of Ernst & Young LLP, where he used his multi-disciplinary background to service the firm’s multi-national corporation clients in various regulatory, corporate governance, and tax compliance, planning, and controversy matters.
Mohammad earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin where he was a Wisconsin Merit Scholar and served as a Senior Managing Articles Editor with the Wisconsin Journal of Law; Gender and Society. He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree with dual majors in Economics and Political Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Mohammad is admitted to practice in Illinois and Wisconsin.
