Daniel S. Rosenbaum is an associate focusing his practice primarily in the areas of business and corporate law, estate and wealth transfer planning, asset protection, and private securities offerings. Daniel’s practice includes counseling and representing companies in all phases from formation and start-up, to expansion and asset protection, all the way through to a desired exit strategy. Daniel counsels his clients on matters such as corporate governance, capital raising efforts, business-expansion, shareholder matters, and employee matters.
Daniel earned his Juris Doctorate degree at Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, Washington and his Bachelor of Arts in History from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois.
Daniel is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association and the Decalogue Society of Lawyers. Daniel is admitted to practice law in Illinois.
