Ms. Kim serves as an Associate in the Businesss & Corporate and Estate & Wealth Planning groups at Duggan Bertsch. In this capacity, she performs a variety of tasks, including the preparation and review of corporate, financial & estate planning, and tax planning documents, as well as the creation of family office structures and vehicles including corporations, limited liability companies, series limited liability companies, asset protection trusts and gift trusts.

She earned her Juris Doctorate Degree at DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois and her Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics with a concentration in Chemistry from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Ms. Kim is a Member of the Illinois State Bar Association, American Bar Association, and Chicago Bar Association as well as a Member of the National Association for Asian American Professionals.

Prior to practicing law, Ms. Kim was actively involved with Dance 2XS and served as its Manager. Ms. Kim received the Outstanding New Member Award for Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority and was also the Chair of Atius-Sachem at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
