Mr. Gable serves as an Associate in the Business and Corporate and Estate & Wealth Planning groups at Duggan Bertsch.  Mr. Gable focuses his practice on a broad range of corporate, tax and transactional matters, with particular emphasis in the areas of corporate law, securities law, mergers and acquisitions, private securities offerings, asset protection, taxation, estate planning, and closely held business matters.  Mr. Gable’s practice includes planning for the structure and formation of new business entities for corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies, as well as the negotiation and documentation of business joint ventures, mergers, consolidations, acquisitions and stock/asset sales.  Mr. Gable regularly advises clients on a broad range of general corporate law and business law issues, including private securities offerings, joint ventures, commercial contracts, employment agreements, shareholder agreements, buy-sell agreements, stock option plans and agreements, insurance captive arrangements,  and general corporate matters.  In addition, Mr. Gable has extensive transactional and corporate finance experience representing and advising corporate borrowers as well as financial institutions in structuring, negotiating, and documenting a wide range of secured and unsecured syndicated and single bank credit facilities, including senior and subordinate debt issuances, working capital financings, and acquisition financings.

Mr. Gable earned his Bachelor of Arts in History, with a minor in Finance, from the University of Michigan, a Juris Doctor degree from Michigan State University College of Law (Magna Cum Laude), and a Masters of Law (LL.M.) in Taxation Degree with a concentration in Estate Planning at New York University School of Law.
Mr. Gable is a member of the American Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, and Michigan Bar Association.
